The wallboards can be easily brought into the construction site for installation. A 1.5m2 board can be easily carried by 2 people.
2. Configuring the wallboards
The wallboards can be easily cut into different sizes to fit construction requirements. This can be done with handheld mobile machines, without much damage to the wallboards.
3. Applying cement mortar
After using a damp cloth to remove surface dust, make sure the surface is moistened before applying a mixture of cement mortar in the grooves and baseline of the wallboards.
4. Positioning the wallboards
Move the mortar-covered wallboards to their respective positions and align them vertically to the baseline. Use the crowbars to ensure the wallboards are tightly fitted with one another.
5. Fixing the wallboards
Place the walls together closely so that the excess mortar paste can be scraped away. Use a wedge to hold the walls in place temporarily.
6. Adjusting the wallboards
Check the alignment of the wallboards and make necessary adjustments.
7. Filling the gaps
After allowing the wallboards to set for 1 day, cement mortar is used to fill up the gaps between wallboards.
8. Installation of crack resistant material
3-5 days after the gaps have been filled; crack resistant material will be pasted along the gaps.
9. Creating notches
Notches can be created at this stage by electric saws so that switch boxes and wires can be inserted. Any gaps can then be filled by cement mortar.
10. Application of finishing
Finishing can be applied directly onto the wallboards. Tiles may be fitted directly without scrapping, and wallpaper can be applied directly onto the wallboards
11. Installation of doorframe and door
Different types of doorframes can be fitted on the wallboards. The plywood can be secured directly onto the wallboards with nails and wall anchor.
